We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information under our control from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Sensitive information should be provided through secure systems or methods when available and should not be submitted through general website contact forms or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.

Third-Party Service Providers

WMP Compliance Partners may use third-party service providers to support the operation of our business and the delivery of services. These may include payroll and HR platforms, website hosting, email, scheduling, electronic-signature services, secure document storage, accounting systems, payment processors, and other business technology providers.

These providers may receive or access information only as reasonably necessary to perform the services for which they are engaged. Third-party providers operate under their own privacy, security, and data-retention practices. Where appropriate, WMP Compliance Partners seeks to use service providers that maintain reasonable safeguards for the information they process.
Payments and Third-Party Payment Processing

WMP Compliance Partners may offer clients the ability to pay invoices, deposits, retainers, or service fees through an independent third-party payment processing provider.

When a client chooses to make a payment through a third-party provider, payment information may be collected and processed directly by that provider. Depending on the payment method, this may include credit or debit card information, bank-account information, billing information, transaction amount, payment status, and information necessary to authorize or complete the transaction.

WMP Compliance Partners does not intend to directly collect or store a client’s complete credit card number, debit card number, CVV/security code, or complete online-banking credentials when payment is processed through an independent third-party payment provider.

WMP Compliance Partners does not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, work with authorized service providers, process authorized payments, protect our rights or systems, prevent or investigate fraud or security incidents, or comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, or governmental requirements.
Data Retention and Secure Disposal

WMP Compliance Partners seeks to retain sensitive client and client-employee information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained, to perform authorized services, satisfy contractual obligations, maintain legitimate business records, or comply with applicable legal requirements. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

When sensitive records are no longer reasonably required, WMP Compliance Partners may securely delete, destroy, return, or otherwise dispose of them as appropriate. Clients remain responsible for their own statutory payroll, tax, HR, and employment-record retention obligations.
Security Incidents and Data Breaches

If WMP Compliance Partners becomes aware of unauthorized access to or acquisition of personal information maintained on behalf of a client, WMP Compliance Partners will evaluate the incident and take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations. Where applicable law requires notification to the owner or licensee of the information, WMP Compliance Partners will seek to provide notice within the legally required timeframe.
Client agreements may establish additional requirements regarding incident reporting, cooperation, investigation, remediation, and notice responsibilities.
